"Battery just doesn’t last like I expected"
I don’t know why, but I really expected the battery to hold up better on this. The cleaner works fine when it’s actually running, but the charge drops way faster than I thought it would. It also takes forever to charge back up, so I feel like I’m waiting around more than I’m actually cleaning. For the price, it’s a bit frustrating. Not awful, just kind of disappointing.

"Kind of confusing to use, and the pool cleaning isn’t great"
I don’t know, the app is just kind of hard to get around. I kept tapping around trying to find the right settings, and it wasn’t very intuitive. The cleaner also misses a lot of the corners in my pool, so it doesn’t feel like it’s doing the full job.

It cleans okay for basic messes, but I wouldn’t call it super tough or durable. The description made it sound like it could handle more, which feels a little misleading because one of the parts broke quickly. It’s not terrible, just not as sturdy as I expected

"Easy enough, but no follow-up"
The site was easy to use once I got going, and placing the order wasn’t really difficult. A few details felt kind of buried though, so I had to click around more than I expected. What bugged me more was that I didn’t get any real follow-up afterward, which made the whole thing feel a bit unfinished. Overall it wasn’t bad, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Cleaning the filter is honestly a bit much"
I really wanted to like this since it’s supposed to make pool cleaning easier, but the filter maintenance has been frustrating. I’m having to clean it way more often than I expected, and every time it turns into a messy little project. Debris gets stuck in the corners, and the clips don’t feel especially sturdy either. It works, I guess, but politely put, this is more hassle than I was hoping for

"I was really hoping this would make..."
I was really hoping this would make cleaning my pool easier, but it’s been frustrating. There are too many steps to get it going, and after all that, it still misses dirt and leaves every time. I end up having to go back and clean the pool myself anyway, so it doesn’t feel worth the effort

"Unit doesn’t work, return policy doesn’t work"
unit does not work at all. It does not climb the walls in my standard pebblecrete pool, nor will it clean the floor as the random and S patterns both deliver the same result where the unit goes over and over the same spot or hangs around in a corner and does nothing has confirmed that the unit doesn’t work and work and all they did was offer me a free filter. Which of course I don’t need. Run for your life and do not purchase from these guys.
